Welcome to Riverbend Mini Aussie Farm! We are located in Transylvania, Louisiana. We are hobby breeder passionate about the Aussie breed, our dogs and our program. The decision to choose the Miniature American Shepherds “mini Aussie” was just a natural choice for us since getting our first Aussie. This one action has lead to the deep love for this awesome breed and wanting to share the joy we have felt from our Aussie children. We strive for not only healthy family pets but dogs with beauty and brains. We will soon be participating in conformation as well as other competitive events in ASDR. We will be very soon be branching off into the AKC and fueling our Aussie passion with the addition of the AKC Mini American Shepherds. We provide our puppies with puppy cultures and sound sensitivity as they grow, making them well rounded in any arena. We are excited to share our journey in to the world of showing dogs as well as the other competitions offered. We know, not every puppy is a show dog or an athlete, but loving family member, in our home and yours. We have made a commitment to the breed. We strive to better the breed with every litter we produce. We do this by looking at the health, temperament and structure. These three are a very important base part of our program.
